‘Hear to’ or just ‘hear’?

How do we use the verb ‘hear’?

Can we say ‘hear to my son’ or ‘hear my son’?

For example, which of these will be correct:

a) I will hear to the news.
b) Did you hear the latest song?
c) Did you hear the radio?
