Which one is correct – ‘first two’ or ‘two first’?

Which one is correct:

a) First two/Two first chapters will be covered in the first monthly test.
b) The three first guests will get a 50% discount in the new restaurant OR The first three guests will get a 50% discount.

Basically, should we use ‘first two/three’ or Two/three first’?
