Which one is correct – ‘similar to’ or ‘similar with’?

Is it correct to use ‘with’ with similar?

For example – which of the following sentences are correct:

a) My house is similar with Sudha’s.
b) Sanju is wearing a shirt similar to Sanjeev’s.
