This time, we take our spoken English lessons from an anecdote narrated by actor Puneet Issar (he played Duryodhan in the serial Mahabharat) in one of his interviews about the famous Coolie accident. For those who are too young to know it, Amitabh got grievously injured during the shooting of his movie Coolie. He was at the peak of his popularity and his injury was life threatening.
The whole country erupted in prayers – and actor Puneet Issar, who had hit Amitabh when he got injured became an object of immense hate. In this interview, he talks about those days.

In this interview, the interviewer starts by mentioning that despite doing many films, Puneet is still known as the guy who hit Amitabh in the movie Coolie. Puneet then goes on to explain how during the shooting of an action scene, Amitabh got injured and how it was an accident.
