Entrepreneurial energy = The enthusiasm and energy to build businesses and generate prosperity
Democracy and personal freedom are essential to release the entrepreneurial energy of the people and this energy is the only long term way to prosperity.
India’s entrepreneurial energy was trapped in excessive controls and the license raj in the years after independence till 1990s.
Manicured = Carefully trimmed
The president’s house consists of vast manicured lawns with several exotic flowers from all over the world.
The manicured gardens, the landscaped open spaces and elegant architectural design makes Infosys’s office look really grand.
Wired = Connected electronically
Millions of Indians are wired to the world these days and aware of the recent trends and opportunities.
Sloppy = Not neat, messy
He eats in such a sloppy manner, you would not be able to sit besides him.
