It’s an old, Indian martial arts which was banned by the British but the masters and their disciples kept on practicing it secretly. Unworthy = Shameful, not befitting, not fit for

He is a coward, he ran away when the situation became difficult. He is unworthy of being called a soldier.

Agility = Quickness

Suppleness = Flexibility

He has been practicing Bharatnatyam since he was a kid and thats why the suppleness of his body is amazing even at this age.

Outlaw = Can be use both as a noun (= someone who does things not allowed in the law) and as a verb (=declare something illegal) 

The British outlawed traditional Indian martial arts because they were afraid that it could lead to a revolt against them.

Pan Singh Tomar was an army man, an athlete but was forced to become an outlaw because of the injustice prevalent in the society.
