The hunter spotted the tiger before the tiger could see him and became alert.
Predator = Hunter
For predators to survive in the jungle, it is important that there is ample supply of prey.
Drawn out = Something which stretches for a long time
For any army winning a drawn out war becomes a difficult task
Out of harm’s way = To safety
Mother bear quickly took her cubs out of harm’s way
Stealth = Without being detected
Inspector Shinde stealthily crept under the window and shot at the gangster when he appeared.
Hot on the trail = Chasing someone with a lot of intention
Inspector Shinde is hot on the trail of the rapists
Naive = Inexperienced, someone who doesn’t know about the big bad world
Was he so naive that he agreed to sign on a plain paper?
Blow cover = Reveal that someone is hiding
The terrorist was hiding in Lucknow but he talked to his girlfriend from his mobile phone. This blew his cover as the cops who were hot on his trail discovered his location and nabbed him.
